What's playing inside
The layers of The Rainy Loft.
The Rainy Loft is rain from start to finish: a calm rain up front, a more relaxing one behind it and the rain on tin, the one hitting the metal. The fireplace and the wind stay in the distance, and a melancholy melody drifts through the loft.
Press listen: each sound comes in, fades out and changes volume on its own, just like in the app. Here the panel only shows it; in the app, each row is a volume control.
Real rain on a tin roof.
What makes The Rainy Loft sound like a loft is the rain on tin, a recording of rain drumming on a metal roof. It blends with a calm rain that stays up front the whole time and a more relaxing rain that comes and goes in cycles of almost four minutes. The result is rain that changes texture without ever stopping.
A melancholy melody drifts through the loft from the start. The fireplace and a howling wind stay far away, coming and going in cycles. It is one of the sleep worlds in Mixarium, and it opens complete on the free plan.
Fully free. This world opens complete on the free plan, with every sound, and you can set the volume of each layer. Swapping sounds and saving your own version is Premium.
