Mixarium ("we") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data, in compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Lei nº 13.709/2018 — LGPD).

1. Data we collect

• Name and email (provided at sign-up)
• Authentication data (Firebase Auth — email/password or Google OAuth)
• Usage data: listening sessions, accumulated time, saved mixes, breathing sessions, preferences (theme, language)

2. Purpose

We use your data to:
• Authenticate your access to the app
• Sync settings and mixes across devices
• Display your personal usage statistics
• Improve the app experience based on aggregated usage patterns

3. Legal basis

Data processing is based on your consent (Art. 7, I of the LGPD) given when creating your account, and on the execution of the app usage agreement (Art. 7, V).

4. Data sharing

Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is stored on Google Firebase (US servers) for authentication and syncing.

5. Retention

Your data is kept while your account is active. Upon requesting account deletion, all personal data will be removed within 30 days.

6. Your rights

At any time, you may:
• Access your personal data
• Correct incomplete or inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Revoke your consent
