Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Mixarium mobile application ("Mixarium", "the app", "we", "us"). By downloading, accessing or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. The service

Mixarium is a mobile application for creating and playing mixable ambient soundscapes, with layering, automations and EQ. The app is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Your account

Some features require an account (email or Google sign-in). You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time — see Delete account.

3. Subscriptions, billing and trials

Mixarium offers an optional "Premium" subscription (monthly, quarterly or annual). Payment is processed by Google Play and charged to your Google account on confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Google Play account settings. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Prices may vary by country/region.

4. License and acceptable use

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app and its content. You agree not to: redistribute, resell, sublicense or publicly perform the audio or images; extract, scrape or reverse-engineer the app or its content; or use the app in any unlawful way.

5. Intellectual property

The app, its sounds, music, images, names and logos are owned by or licensed to Mixarium and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

6. Disclaimers

Mixarium is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Mixarium is a relaxation and focus aid; it is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Do not use the app while driving or operating machinery.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mixarium shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms or the app from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
