Delete your account & data
Account & data deletion request
You can request deletion of your Mixarium account and all associated personal data at any time.
By email
Send an email to support@mixarium.com from your account's email address, with the subject "Delete my account". We will process the request and confirm by email.
What gets deleted
Your account profile, saved mixes and worlds, favorites, listening statistics and any custom settings stored under your account. Anonymous/aggregated data that cannot identify you may be retained.
Timeframe
All personal data is permanently removed within 30 days of the request.
